I am a big coconut fan. I can not call it a summer without getting coconuts. I drink coconut milk, eat coconut meat, make coconut soup. And today I found a girl named who love coconuts as much as I do, if not more. She even made raspberry coconut smoothie. Not only the smoothie tasteful, it is also sugar free, dairy free, and vegan. WOW!
Once I saw the recipe, I knew this is something that I would definitely try. The key ingredients for the smoothie are coconut milk, frozen banana slices, frozen raspberries, and coconut extract.
