How to make skinny, dairy free, vegan raspberry coconut smoothie

I am a big coconut fan. I can not call it a summer without getting coconuts. I drink coconut milk, eat coconut meat, make coconut soup. And today I found a girl named Tiffany who love coconuts as much as I do, if not more. She even made raspberry coconut smoothie. Not only the smoothie tasteful, it is also sugar free, dairy free, and vegan. WOW!

Once I saw the recipe, I knew this is something that I would definitely try. The key ingredients for the smoothie are coconut milk, frozen banana slices, frozen raspberries, and coconut extract. Blend them until smooth. Pour into your fanny serving glass, top with a couple of raspberries and a little shredded coconut meat. That’s it! The rest is just enjoy the taste of summer!
