OMG I love this . It is quite easy to follow. What you need are your favorite plates, base (could be candlestick stands, vases, cups, and many more others), glue or epoxy, ruler, and marker. You you need to do is just attach the base to the center of the bottom of the plate and let the epoxy dry. Ta da! You got your cupcake stand.
