Today I am going to introduce a technique to do nail arts. Cutout decals, as called by Wackylaki, is a simple trick where you create geometric shapes with cut out of a ziplock bag. Here are what you need to make this lovely manicure
- Nail polish in two contrasting colors
- Ziplock bag (or tape)
- Scissors
- Cuticle Nipper

Once you master this technique, I am sure you will love it and start come up with some really creative nail art patterns.
