Here is a fun way to make carnival masks.
- Take a milk jug or a plastic bottle.
- Cut out the handle side, and cut the hair, eyes, and mouth.
- Decorate as you like.
- Add a toilet paper roll as handle.
Voila! You got a cute carnival mask.
